All services are rendered on an independent contractor basis as an international provider. We do not enter into local employment relationships through this website.

### 2. Fees and Payments

All fees for our Services will be invoiced digitally. Payments are processed securely through international third-party payment gateways (such as PayPal). Clients are responsible for any applicable transaction fees or currency conversion rates applied by their financial institutions. Services will not commence until the initial onboarding fee or deposit is successfully processed.

### 3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed upon in a specific service contract, all original designs, workflows, automation structures, and marketing materials created by Legacy House Creative remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for their specific business operations.

### 4. Limitation of Liability

Legacy House Creative provides tools and strategies to optimize business operations. However, we do not guarantee specific financial results, real estate leads, or revenue increases. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or third-party software platforms.

### 5. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colombia, where our primary international payment infrastructure is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
